- Where do you ship?
We ship from Buenos Aires, Argentina, South America, to most International destinations, using Federal Express / DHL. Shipping requires signature upon delivery. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
- What will happen if I use incorrect address information?
A fee will be applied to all orders where:
- A wrong address has been provided by the customer and the package is returned as undeliverable
- An invalid address has been provided by the customer, resulting in a surcharge from the carrier. For example; invalid or incomplete address information; incorrect zip code; incorrect state or country information; typographical errors; or transposed digits, etc.
- A move or sudden change of address results in the refusal or non-delivery of an order
- A PO Box has been provided as the shipping address
The fee will consist of a USD 25,- handling charge plus any related costs to re-routing, forwarding, or redelivering the parcel(s). Please note that there is no charge for address changes that are made before an order is shipped.
- What happen with refused, unclaimed and returned shipments?
Please note a USD 50,- fee (per package) will be assessed for all refused shipments. In addition, the customer will be in charge for any return shipping charges assessed by the courier. For international deliveries, the customer will be responsible for any duty/VAT/import charges on refused or unclaimed shipments, in addition to return shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable on refused or unclaimed shipments.
Note a USD 25 fee (per package) will be assessed for all shipments that are re-routed or returned to NATIVE ARGENTINA Native Argentina by the carrier. This fee is separate from the re-shipping fee, which is required before packages can be re-shipped.
- What is the shipping time?
Takes about 2-3 weeks to most locations depending on the country. Although we make all efforts to ship all orders within 1 business day, their delivery is away from our control and it totally depends on the courier service. Consequently some orders may take much longer to arrive depending on the courier services.
If you want to be sure that your order will arrives on time for any special occasions, we recommend you place your order as early as possible.
Another factor is the category of the product you have ordered. In some cases, mostly with larger or more expensive items, it could take a bit longer for the international office to procure the item and/or prepare it for shipping. At last, because the items listed on NATIVE ARGENTINA are handmade there are some occasions when orders must be specifically made, and may be this can present delays in the shipment of an order. If there is any delay you will be informed of the nature of the delay and the expected shipping time of your order.
- There are any import Taxes and Duties that I have to pay?
NATIVE ARGENTINA will cover all duties and import taxes for customers in the United States. Orders being shipped to addresses outside of the United States may need the recipient to pay duties upon delivery. Customers outside the United States (particularly those in Latin America, Africa, Australia and Portugal) are encouraged to contact their local courier or customs bureau to inquire about possible import taxes. NATIVE ARGENTINA cannot be held responsible for duties or taxes imposed by the local government on orders delivered to countries other than the United States. Please note that while we will declare orders containing a gift message as "Gifts" on the Customs declaration, we cannot process any requests to alter the declared value for an order.
- What happens if I received a Damaged/Incorrect Product or a Incomplete Order?
At NATIVE ARGENTINA, we listen carefully to our clients. If you have received a damaged, incorrect or incomplete item, please directly send an email to a Customer Service Representative at nativeargentina@xxxx.com . and provide as much detail as possible about the situation.
- What can I do if my order has not been received within the Expected Shipping Time?
If you send it an order more than 10 days ago and would like to find out the status, please send an email to tracking@nativeargentina.com and include your name, order number, and email address. A delegate will email you back with all the information about your order.

For Orders Shipped Anywhere Other Than the Continental US:
Full refunds will be accessible for up to 90 days from the day you receive your order.. If your return is in any way a consequence of an error by NATIVE ARGENTINA, please be sure to specify the nature of the error to refunds@xxxx.com when you will made the request and we will provide you with further instructions for receive the refund.
If the return is not a result of an error by NATIVE ARGENTINA, you will be in charge for all shipping costs and duty incurred for the order and return of the product(s). You have to send your return using a reliable international carrier that offers tracking (such as UPS, FedEx, TNT, or DHL). It is strongly suggested that you insure the package, as you will be responsible for ensuring that all objects arrive at destination in their original condition. We can’t made refunds if the 90-day period has expired.
